You can add more than one Email accounts in Microsoft Outlook office including Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange accounts or iCloud. If you are using Microsoft Outlook Office 365 and you also have other Email accounts then you can add in your Microsoft Outlook.
Adding Email accounts on Microsoft Outlook, reduces the inconvenience to open and browse more than two email accounts in your computer. You can visit Office 365 my account for any issue in Office 365 Signin or office 365 email login.
Note:- The process of adding Email account is the same for all the accounts.
Follow the given instructions to add new Email accounts in outlook:-
Open Microsoft outlook click “Tools” and then click “Account setting” see below.
Now click “New” under “Email” to add your Microsoft Exchange email. Microsoft Outlook prompts you to enter your name, email address and the password for your email.
Enter your password then select OK > Finish to start using your email account in Outlook.
